A meal prepared from scratch requires a greater amount of effort, skill & dedication. While there are alternatives that can potentially speed up the process, they don’t provide the same taste & result. In the Christian life, salvation was a product made from scratch. Free of any quick alternatives, God took a path that required much more. Instead of utilizing a method of ease, we witness the love of God in that our salvation was a process of great tactfulness, will & ability.
