During various seasons, there are times when we need & desire “comfort food.” In these moments these meals provide nourishment & a feeling of contentment & satisfaction like none other. In the case of Exodus 16, Israel despartely needed nourishment that only God could provide. In this we learn that when our spirits are starving, it’s only God that can fulfill our famished disposition.
