In the human context, many feel guilty for resting & relaxation. "There's always something to do." Is the thought process, or "There's work to be done." Jesus however, in Matthew 11 offers a different perspective. In the hardships of ministry Jesus teaches through the lens of John the Baptist ministry two concepts: Jesus gives permission to rest.
