Like any fight, there’s an exchange of punches & blows. There’s a punch thrown here, a combination landed here. At times, there are knockouts witnessed in the process.
In the case of Christ, many would liken His crucifixion to a “TKO”; where the Messiah was the victim of a total knockout. Consider the scene, at high-noon the Messiah was crucified. His disciples scattered & all hope is lost.
While the Messiah is down, He’s not out. Satan landed a death-blow, he gave Jesus his best shot, but JESUS GOT BACK UP! The impact of Jesus’ resurrection is still felt all around the world today.
